Don't smoke. That is the easyest way. However if you wan to still smoke, you can limit how much and how often you smoke, that would limit how much is in your system to start with. There are also products you can but that claim to fluch you out for a test...if they work is a gamble at best. Mayby someone else knows about the detox products.

well the thc(correct me if im wrong) gets soaked up by ur fatty tissue which is water soluble, i think the more fatty tissue u have the longer it will take to flush out. but yes there are products that CLAIM to say they can speed up the process, possible.

Well I posted another thing about this topic in another thread so I'll just repeat myself, I never said MJ causes cancer, tobacco itself is a carcinogen, but smoking MJ will increase the risk of cancer, also please list the references to your studies, I think someone who smokes 3joints and 10cigs a day will have a lower risk of cancer than someone who smokes 25cigs and no joints but that isn't really definitive, advocacy groups are no better than prohibitionists when it comes to getting real data. MJ MAY have an protective effect on cells, this is still debated, but we do know for certain that its smoke contains many carcinogens, you can't just say that because it may have a protective effect that it will somehow even out the carcinogens that are being taken into your body.

You're fine. THC stays in the blood for about 2-3 days for light smokers. Compared to regular tokers where the THC stays for about 30 days.

Actually it's the byproducts of cannibinoids after digestion that stay in fatty tissue and get pissed out over 2 to 30 days....
