lol david gilmour is not a big druggie. pink floyd werent really druggies except for barrett man. ... if he was, he prolly turned to buddhism like most old ppl who used to do drugs do.

 

This thread reminds me, an old friend of mine needs to take anti-depressent pills because of a badtrip on shrooms. But he says that acid was the best trip of his life, he doesn't see the world the same way anymore, but he won't do it again.

 

i have a friend who smoked weed for his first time (only time).. and got more enlightenment then other friends i have who trip on shrooms every couple of months.

Enlightenment is not only received by the drugs. you have to want to receive a particular sort of teachings , which are often nice. But some ppl trip just for the sake of tripping, and their perceptions wont really change.

the weed todays is also more poten, and specially quebec's weed, the high quality, sometimes too stong lol
