    I think the knowledge of good and evil was the knowledge of agriculture and the transition away from being hunters and gatherers. We suddenly had the power to provide food for ourselves instead of relying on the gods. Now it's only a matter of time before the entire earth is plowed, our population reaches 20 billion and most other life on the planet is dead.
