Illegal and legal guns use the same laws and culture of acceptance. What confuses me is how the average gun owner can not see or will not admit this. I guess because they are so afraid of changes in law they can not. It's not mental health even if a crazy person find a gun they found it because you allow them to. If you want to be able to wait a few days at a gun shop and have anything they will do the same. Gun store owners always make a point to say they refuse people. Not really in my experience in them. They can but that's money walking out the door and a violation of that person's rights. If you own a gun store you are the type who wants people to own guns and not the type who wants to make that hard with too many questions. It's none of their business what you do with it. That is American. So unless you are a complete idiot who makes it clear you will commit a crime you get the gun.

Not even considering mass shootings white people will be a minority to brown in the coming decades in America. Probably why a lot of the Trump style views are so big now. That scares the hell out of white man. I don't like to make a race issue and say white men are the only problem. That's as bad as the Trump nonsense. But it is just facts that even I a white man can see. If someone commits a mass shooting VERY good chance they are a white male with conservative political views. The right can find the few examples that are not this and ignore the bigger picture. But that does not change that a certain type of person sees the gun a solution.

 

I do agree with whites being the predominant perpetraters of mass shootings. I have no problem with killing them on the spot. Care to agree we do the same with any other races that commit murder?

 

Not sure what you mean. The legal system gives the death penelty to all sorts of people.

 

If an officer kills a black criminal he is a racist. And the blacks burn down cities and we all pay to rebuild them. And the police Dept. get sued. If a cop kills a white criminal we as whites thank him.

There is scientific neurological evidence, also, that when studied a murderer's brain finds that one part is underdeveloped or small or something like that...the part that has a conscience......This is not the only reason, of course....but for some it is.

I was sick of hearing the very next day after this shooting, how his lawyers were saying he is a broken child.....and he lost his mother and on and on and on...and he regrets very deeply....yes, harboring sympathy for him the very next day.....when all of the sympathy should have been for the victims.....

His mother or adoptive mother rather died after he was on the internet saying he wanted to be a school shooter, so don't give me that bull about his mom....

His lawyers are trying to get him life in prison instead of death. It won't likely happen but they are doing some sort of legal defense. It's his constitutional right.
