Age?

Yeah its mainly maturity but I don't think like under 17 you are likely to be mature enough and comfortable with yourself..

 

i was 16 the first time i tripped, i was alone too. I think if you know yourself then you won't have any problems, but most people don't really know who they are, and their in lies the problem or the answer.

 

I was 18, still am heh.
But ya I figure that I could of done it at 16 earliest, maybe 15.
Actually definately 15, because I nearly died that year from a form of dengue, I didnt sleep for 3 weeks and one night I thought I was a bird. (if you can survive that acids nothing)
But who the fuck cares, do it when you feel like doing it, if you dont like it, dont do it anymore.
1 hit of acid did nothing in terms of revelations for me, I just saw shit.

 

I didnt do LSD yet im planning to try Salvia first , im a pot smoker ... so im not going to jump on LSD right away.

 

I know that some people really enjoy it but they are a minority. salvia is shit scary ive done acid 13x 2C-B 2x shrooms 3x mescaline 2x LSA 1x but never had a bad trip. on the other hand out of 4 salvia trips 2 were bad, one of whihc was horrific.

And people say LSD is intense but only really in high doses. If you only have one hit then you should be fine, not really tripping just high. LSD is like going on a trip as opposed to being taken on a trip like with mushrooms, and its quite slow paced so not all speedy and crazy like shrooms or DMT.

 

17, and as most of you prob. know, Leary gave his son acid when he was 9, (which to me is too young, but hey, acid's good for ya, so whatever)

17 here but when i was 13 my friends mom had one of those isilation chambers ( the things that you lay in that block sound and light and you just flote their for a wile and then you begin to trip) its really a lot like acid exept that you cant move or really do any thing.

you have to know reality to loose it.

16 or 17.... and it seemed that I droped every weekend after that..... than it just stoped, and it's been a constint search for more .......

 

I did it the beginning of this year, I'm 17 now and I loved it.

I know someone who is 15 who does acid and other psychedelics all the time and he loves them and is perfectly fine with them. So I guess it's all a matter of when you're ready, that's what I think.

 

At 15, most don't even have a solid concept of their "self" to lose, it's really fucking stupid to dose when you're that young. You're not getting what you would have out of the experience if you had waited a bit longer.

 

^agreed. I probably should have waited another year or 2 to do it (I was 18) but, ah, what the hell.

 

I see your point because a lot of people at that age are deffinitly not ready for some acid. But this kid is pretty damn mature for his age and he is deffinitly very effected from his trips just like I am and I'm sure everyone else who has an experience with Lucy does. I'm not saying that everyone should take it that young because when I was 15 I DEFFINITLY wasn't ready for LSD, but now a few years later I was ready and I had an unforgettable trip. It should be a "mind age" limit and not a "physical age" limit.

 

I was 14. I think maturity matters much more than age.
