I pushed my first car as fast as it could go. Downhill on the parkway it reached 99. Then i got cars that could easily do 100 and lost interest in going fast.

    No. Do not.

I had to drive behind a pair of those disgusting things last week. He had little kids in the truck and everything. I thought how stupid it would be if my grandkids were in the car and I had to tell them what they were. The little boy would crack up and the girls would just wonder why anybody would want something so stupid on their vehicle.

YES! lol My son had a mustang for a while. lordhavemercy, that was an AWFUL car to drive! The windows in the back and side seemed like they were only about 6 inches deep and so high up and slanted you couldn't get but a peak at what was behind and beside you, Son said you had to use your side mirrows. ha

This is what I felt like the whole time I would be in that cat - :yikes:

. Maybe the Richard Petty driving experience at Las Vegas Speedway? I know a person that did that, a friends father. 17 laps about 1000$US. He said they have a person beside you who dials in the power but you don't have to worry about him because he'll hit the wall first. :D

But that would be awesome. Everyone tells me to do this. We'll be near an experience centre in NC, but I don't think I'll attempt it. :D

Yes, I think that is what he said...I'm pretty sure he said the Las Vegas Speedway and it being a "driving experience".

He said "it won't be cheap" but I had no idea it would be $1000. I'm not surprised though. lol When he told me about it, I did tell him "you only live once".

I still wouldn't want to do it myself, nor would I want to be in that car. :D

Never did like Fords... Yeah, I'd own a 69 Mustang with the 429, but wouldn't drive it much.

Upsetting? I'm quite pleased. The main thing is that the liberals are for voters reform and will be doing away with first past the post, so next time around your vote will count a hell of a lot more. Thats what peoplease arent gEttinger abut this election. It is a tipping point that needed to happen. Do away with the conservatives any way possible so that we can get real change, not necessarily this election, but in the future.

Except that we had another option, also in favour of electoral reform, who do not have a history of campaigning from the left and governing from the right.

Historically, there has been little difference between the policies of the Liberals and the Conservatives. I'm hoping that Trudeau will prove me wrong, and actually fulfill at least some of his more progressive campaign promises, but I'm not holding my breath.

what?..no confidence in a 45 year old who's worked just a few years as a teacher?..i hear he was a lifeguard for a while and maybe even a ski instructor but he leaves that off his resume :p

he's basically a used car saleman/snake oil man

i look at this way....people are so pissed at conservatives they voted for change...but in 4 years they will probably have learned a good lesson and things will change again to something more sensible

I wonder what the outcome would have been last night, had Jack Layton not been lost to cancer. Although, Mulcair did seem to appeal to a lot of people who thought Layton was too 'touchy-feely'.

You remind me of my mom when she would car shop for me. "The back seat is so small, how will you drive this in the winter, it's so low to the ground" I heard it all. I had to explain mom I like different kinds of cars then you do.
