I am guessing more Europeans live or visit the northern side of the mason Dixon line. I'm in the quiet study area at my school library. this weekend is apparently our open house weekend, so there are hundreds of high school kids and their parents here for tours. every 15 or 20 minutes, a group stands just outside the room (the walls are glass) and they all look in here at me... I feel like a zoo animal haha.

#24 on Pole and we tore that fucking grandstand down in the process. we boo'd Dale Junior. Everyone stared at us. We stomped the ground when Jeff beat him. Every place he was knocked down we cheered. And we cheered. The only idiots there dissing that motherfucker! And we fucking gave it to EVERYONE!! Team Germany!! Tri Oval!! Fuck y'all!!
And we saw some other Germans too, with their German shirts etc. I didn't talk to them as I saw them in the national anthem and OMG that was amazing. Now, I was downstairs buying drinks. Everybody. Everybody stopped still. 60% hand to their chests. And as it was sung I was walking with my bucket of beer, glared at repulsive like I'd lit that flag on fire. No. I wasn't allowed to walk. I wasn't allowed to drink. I had to stand there silent. Watching and listening. I've never seen anything like it, but all in the good way like when I mean I wasn't alllowed, just meant out of respect you know? It was awesome. I love this patriotism.

I was just about to try some moonshine but we need to be up in a few hours, I'll hit that tomorrow. We bought the beer coolers today, so much cheaper to bring your own beer. Was $6/7 per beer pending who we went too, we got 18 packs for like $22. but they said maybe in Alabama they won't sell before midday tomorrow? So we bought 36 beers, think we have about 20 left or so. I'm pretty wasted. Ears are ringing now. Both big wrecks were on back straight but we saw a spin and saw a guy plow the inside. But when Jeff took that Pole, we stomped, we clapped, that whole grandstand new what had happened.

My ears are ringing now, it was actually manageble without ear protection, one loud wall of noise then 45 seconds of peace. Double the length tomorrow though, can't wait to drink with our new friends. They're all drunk now keep going on, I packed it in, need at least 4 hours before I start again.

And we have so much free Merch for being different. They all want like phone numbers and address. I say "I'm not from around here, can I get a shirt anyway?" Geeze, they give us shirts, free packets of chips, beer coolers... I'll need to buy another suitcase. And another couple hundred bucks on Merch. but that means the next two weeks I don't need any.

If Jeff makes it next round we'll be at hall of fame with him. I'll storm through that crowd no fucks given to hug him. You better warn all your friends. :d

Also in my very limited time here, I think Alabama is my fav. State so far, they're all over the top nice, they love foreigners. they all NEED to know what we are about. Also got called team 24. Damn right! We all wearing 24 stuff. 6 morons in #24 gear and I'm the only one who knows why.
