It's fairly easy to determine where AI is being used. Misspellings, syntax wrong, etc. Some mistakes are ridiculously obvious. Saw one last night where Oahu was spelled Ahau in a story. No human proofreader would make a mistake like that.
If you don't mind plagiarizing dozens of other sources, go ahead and use AI. No point trying to pretend you're a writer....
What I write is math, and I don't pretend to be a writer, yet I'm writing a book, that's composed of salty quotes. I try to credit everyone, and an AI can do the same.
Donald Duck merely knows classic Professional Wrestling, that the CIA are the resident experts in, while my work uses quantum mechanics, that neither one comprehends, for up to 14 decimal places of accuracy and precision. Thankfully, computers don't have to think about what all the jokes mean, and can do things with the math that would, otherwise, be unthinkable! Among other things, my work can be used to quantify meaningless rhetoric, giving it a dollar value, and expanding on it if you want. Its math, and the more meaningless their rhetoric, the more mathematical it becomes.
