I smell bullshit. Yes, there are social inequalities and poverty which create an atmosphere conducive to crime. But it's SO easy to dismiss it as the white man's fault. What is the percentage of illegitimate births in the inner city black community? Do you also blame the "player" mentality on white prejudice? Illegitimacy breeds poverty, dependence on government handouts, and yes, crime. And while we're at it, how about holding criminals accountable for their own actions?

Woah man, I didn't say we should free every black man from prison and start whipping white people. My point was that although blacks are responsible for more crime than whites, it's not some inferior inborn personality shared among blacks that causes this to happen. It is pretty well known that poverty and crime are directly proportional; as poverty rates increase, so do crime rates. It is only natural then that an impoverished minority will be responsible for more crime than the pampered middle class whiteys. And I think the illegitamate births are a result of poverty, not the other way around (you don't see those occasional middle class blacks with good jobs stealing and committing violent crimes, or having illegitamate children, do you? Not more than their middle class white counterparts, anyway.)

I think there are more rich preppy wiggers that subscribe to the "player mentality" than there are impoverished blacks who do so.
