    Yeah, but we only will pick the choices we are "trained" to pick. Sometimes God gives us the urge to pick a certain choice that we would not normally pick because it is important that we do so.

    If you didn't write your comment in response to the comment I made earlier, this conversation would not be taking place. How is it futile to do something that is important? This isn't just the spinning of gears in a machine. We feel, which is why we are motivated to do as we do!

    Not only are we slowly being groomed and trained to elicit emotional responses from others, we also have the benefit of experiencing emotion our selfs.

    Don't worry Jim, it's just a symptom that arises in humans. We Vulcan's are above such base emotions.

    Ultimately Jim, life is not futile. You just need to be logical.

    Yaknow, technically atheists can't say damnit either, because in a sense damning somehting would include a hell, because there would have to be somewhere for it to be damned to. I don't even know if that made any sense...
