I hear Tecopa CA is planning on a mini Burning man fest this year, I'm already here, may as well check it out.

 

Fuck Oxegen, seriously. Whyt the fuck is everyone I know going to fucking Oxegen? Its the shittest, most policed, commercialised 3 days of shite in the country fo rish yuppie cunts who get plastered off a flagan and start fights. The camps get raided with dogs, the bands, if you even get near them, sound shite. The sound techs are alright there but the rig owners are the biggest shower of gobshites Ive ever met. Oxegen can lick my sweaty balls :reddevil:

There are regional Burningman events, we have them up here too. Very small though, the first one was last year.

That's fucked up, we have 1 festival that is totally surrounded by troopers and if you leave and come back they arrest you. If you go 1 mph over the speed limit they pull you over.. And they try to get any chance to get on the property to look around, and they have undercovers in there looking for big dealers. The rest are small scale and less known.

 

there's been sxsw all this week, austin reggae festival next month, austin city limits in october... i think that might be about it for festivals but austin has so much live music i don't have to travel anywhere haha

nelson ledges is awesome, been there quite a few times over the years, and its not too bad a drive for such a beautiful venue.

I have day time costumes and night time costumes for festivals idk how an army uniform would go over though.

 

well i think its against the law to wear a military uniform at any kind of march or function that is politically motived if you are on active duty.

but i sent the link to my friend and his first response was "lets go in uniform." i bet i could get at least 15 to 20 people to go in uniform....

 

Mtn jam is like an hour from where I live so I can't pass it up once again.
