Are schools doing enougth to teach kids about the enviroment?

    Before deregulation California/PG&E had enough dams and generators and were developing new ones. They were closed after deregulation and the equipment sold to foreign countries to use. Because we were told the new companies could supply us with energy cheaper and more environmentally safe. Enron took advantage of that and sold us a commodity they didn't own or have access to at the time. And they laughed at the plight of consumers that saw their energy bills quadruple in one winter.

    The ecologists weren't responsible for any of this big business was. Ecologists rarely have had the amount of lobbying power that could close anything, no matter how radical they have been.

    the answer is NO. (just look at the thread entitled global warming scam. sad, so sad.
