I am a nudist when I can help it. But shocking others -- that's not the thing I wanna do. And besides, I think some "sex related issues" one can have (and for which nudity is allegedly the cure) are that one's personal matter to deal with; no need to turn it into a global war, ha-ha-ha. Of course I like seeing nude young chicks, but there would be too much of a distraction to see them everywhere everyday. I believe there is a weakness in us, which cannot be conquered right now, that would be wise to admit.
I would be an at-heart nudist/naturist. I love to be in the woods, swimming, hiking or soaking up the sun in nothing at all. I love being in nature and being natural. If it were just my wife and I at home we'd both be nude in warm weather. I would love to go somewhere I could hike and swim and enjoy the open air without any clothes but to date have never been.
"Occasionally" Sometimes it's just too cold not to wear clothes. Last year I found a great area in the city where I can go nude. Out in the woods, right by the lake! Looking forward to go back this summer!

Whenever I can. I found a woodsy area last week and hiked through it naked, it was enjoyable except for the random thorn every now and then.
I always sleep naked and I like being naked in general like walking around the house naked when no ones around..or at nightime, its fun and I feel liberated
Well being one of the "older" posters here agewise all I can say is I've been a naturist for about 30 years. It's the most freeing thing one can do for oneself. Yeah, I wear clothes too but stay naked as often as possible. I'm no adonis, but not afraid of what I look like sans clothes either. Social naturism is group settings (lakes, beaches, picnics, bbq's), for me at last is a very relaxing thing. It also (ahem - as I get older) easier to find like minded people arond my age (male and female) who want to engage in social naturism... Just my $.02 - and probably not worth that!
I can say without a doubt that I am a nudist, although I rarely have a chance to be nude atm, though if I could I'd be nude 24/7 and I don't mind clothes though I prefer to be nude, feels more natural.
wow i cant believe a thread i posted in when i was 17 is still going on the top page, thats awesome! so i guess i should sort of update my entry here then! well, i am still a nudist most defontley. i have my own flat (apartment) where i can be nude prety much all the time (and am). ive been to quite a few nude beaches and some other nude events too.
im a nudist at heart, i believe everybody is, i love to walk around naked, i aint been in public to much like a nude beach for fear of the erection,
it's good to realize that we came into the world without clothes haha.... it's good to be as natural as can be, if the weather is okay and there is a possibilty my wife and i like to walk around our garden naked.... yeah, can imagine why people like to be transparant and naked.... it's okay!!!
I don't think of myself as a nudist. Yes I swim occasionally with out clothes, sauna always just with a towel, but that to me is not a nudist. I sleep, eat, slob around etc at home with clothes on. I'm happy to be in saunas, beaches etc with those who choose to be without swimwear and those with.
I am a nudist, having converted to it at the first ConFest in 1976 here in Australia. An alternative lifestyle festival/conference, it's tenets are harmony, self-sufficiency, peace and respect for each other, and these have held it solidly through the decades. The household is nude. I cycle in the nude (at the resort I visit), bushwalk, camp and swim nude. My mum accepts nudism but my sister, who married into an ultra-conservative family, can't even stand the sight of a bare chest. There is an element of 'uptightness' in some of these threads. What goes through your head when you have a bath or a shower? Take it one step further and imagine what it's like to step out of the shower or bath, towel down and ... mmmm ... not having to be troubled by that single most bothersome question of each day: "What shall I wear today...?".
