I'd volunteer to be a research subject (veggie here) but that would be creepy (and illegal) :p

My smell has stayed consistently the same, when I was a veggie from 16-19, and now that i eat meat. I know this because I don't expect someone else to go down on me if I don't know what it tastes/smells like myself. But then again, I really don't give myself too much of a chance to start stinking, either.

I think (this is just me pegging random bits of science together here) it probably has something to do with the level of ketones in the body. Meat, containing a lot of protein, gets broken down into amino acids and further down into ketones (insert lots of biochemistry here). These cause the blood, and hence the body and tissue fluid, to become more acidic.
Now aerobic bacteria grow better in conditions round about pH 6-7ish, but anaerobic bacteria (the ones that make fugly smell) are able to survive in more acidic conditions, such as the vagina of a meat eater.

Feel free to call bullshit on my science, I'm just stringing together a theory ;)
