Yall were having such a Good time last night
it was all I could do to not tell ya to just
go to HomeDepot/ Lowes/ most decent lumber yard.

They have decent plans/ pics/ ideas for that stuff... *g*

It's not so bad -
my black tee looks light gray from today's dried sweat (salt)...

 

its still pretty chilly here...i put my AC in my room and i haven't even used it yet

 

Think I turned mine on for the first time in 06 back in February...

 

thats just way to hot for me...i need the cold for a bit...i have an easier time dealing with -40 than i would with 110+

 

Ewww no the heat is much better! I have my ac set on 80 degrees.........I was about to say that it hasn't come on but it just did.

 

Normally we have a decent breeze off the Gulf
making things tolerable in the shade/ under the houses.

Winters are a bitch - cold as a Witch's...

 

Anything colder than 60 degrees make my old dance injuries hurt. I hate cold weather - I guess that's one good thing about living in the south. I don't have to deal with it for very long.

 

I disagree. I can't stand super hot weather. Cold has its downfalls, but at least you can do something about it. When its -10 you can still dress in a manner where you'll be completely warm outside. When its a 100 degrees out, you're plain fucked, nothing you can do to be comfortable outside. Sure you can go inside and turn on the A/C, but as someone who likes spending time outdoors, places that are hot several months out of the year simply don't do it for me.

 

I go outside - in fact I work in a greenhouse. I just wear as little as possible and drink lots of water. I really enjoy the heat though. It's relaxing.

 

cold....for me is camping out in Smugglers Notch, VT early january with -60 weather...

i don't know, i just like having 4 seasons that are equally spread out through the year...

 

Makes me sleepy long as
I don't get one of those freakin heat headaches...
which I have now - not enough water today.

Asprin doesn't begin to phase'em...

 

Oh I know what you mean! That's why I take plenty of water with me to work. That and bug spray.

 

thank ya I'm painting my real wall in my tiny cubicle in san diego 'moss'. I can't believe the school district is letting me paint my office up here usually they are so stingy with letting you make changes.

nah just adopt a new attitude and have fun doing it...and for sure make your sisters boyfriend do most of the work....

 

Actually I did drink enough water but
couldn't find my bottle of salt pills.
