not to tell stories outside of class, but what was super ironic for me was Penny's family. her dad worked for McDonalds and her family would sit around criticizing Americanization in the comfort of a home funded by fast food.
and then they would go eat at McDonalds, but the difference was "the McDonalds in Europe is of a higher quality than the ones in America".
