Argument to straight edges

natureslaze, why do you say acid is "straight up bad for you"? and i think the "natural" drug arguement is illogical...

 

Why does it have to be because to government says so? Do you even KNOW any people who call themselves straight edge above the age of 18? Because it sounds like you're talking out your ass.

Drugs aren't good for your body or your mind (in certain respects), they realise that and don't want anything to do with them. It's essentially the same bullshit as 'punk', but without the binge drinking. Read about it's origins.

I don't want to argue about this because it's stupid and pointless, I'm not going to bother with another reply, I should know better than to keep starting arguments with people on this forum, heh.

 

Does anyone ever think that maybe these straight-edge people have tried drugs and realised they arent that great? Marijuana isnt something for everyone. Why do you care anyway? It's only a fucking plant. If you care that much about a plant you are obviously smoking too much or cant face up to a reality that does not require marijuana as a neccessity to be free. I am a drug user.

actually, i do. i go to a state-school and we have niether of those things, and probably a lot less things that your "oh so mighty" school has. so yeah, i go to a pretty rough "run-down" school.

the thing is, i'm fuckin proud of it. it means i am not an arrogant rich snob like you, thinking you are better because you have money. it means i pity you, because you may get better teaching and facilities, but guess what - in the real world out there, there aint no cut-off in society. you won't have learnt how to intergrate yourself in a society where everyone is pitched together. why? you'll have been cut-off all your life. i pity you.

anyways, regarding straight-edgers, just as I don't want anyone to constantly nag at my lifestyle, I try not to judge them simply because they dont smoke or do anything else. As long as they aren't snobby to me about it, they don't bother me at all.....

A public school in a third-world country is a fucking miracle for them, and all you can say is how much better your school is because your rich ass parents collected some spare change so you could be in a "better learning environment" (which is bullshit by the way).
