To distinguish one thing from another is discernment. Ideas of good and evil are arbitrary assessments and this is judgment. These arbitrary assessments can find the same phenomena to be on the one hand evil and on the other hand good. A dog always remains a dog. There are not good dogs and bad dogs. The power of distinction, telling one thing from another is a power we possess. The power of judgment is no power at all because it does not distinguish. You could say something is good and someone else will say no it's not, however we can all agree on dog.

However he is not the only one here. My words are not only meant for him, other wise I would find some other forum if this were a personal thing. As I say, I know Christ is with us because where ever two or more are gathered in his name he is there. Christ is with waterbrother and me, I see Christ in him, the truth about what God created, that he does not know me, demonstrates what he is looking for. Because the outside of the cup does not shine in the manner that he is accustomed to, it does not catch his eye enough to care what is inside. He has stated that he is here to keep me from deceiving people, leading them astray.

 

You are not a disciple of Christ! Such a thing is not actually the history of god, but instead a fictional interpretation.

 

I've only met one True follower of Christ in my entire lifetime.

This thread is deep. I agree with it all though, Good, God, Love, are all the same. They can mean different things to different people but they are the same to me.

 

The term Christ means anointed authority. Every word we use is a symbol that represents an embodied sensation. In this sense every word we use is a fiction, the word itself is not the actual thing but a symbol for it.
What do I mean I am a disciple of Christ. It means I seek the truth and apply it
in my life. We always choose with a guide. When I say I am a disciple of Christ I make the distinction that my guide is not arbitrary judgment, whether a thing is good or bad, but whether a thing is true or false. Does it have objective constituents in realty. Is it the same or is it different. Is it consistent or contradictory. There are real answers to these questions. A person could say that God supplies these answers, or we could say that reality is plain and visible.

 

god has a voice and god may speak . how shall you listen ? with an ear that knows goodness . in this case , goodness is beyond philosophy like a baby at the breast knows the goodness of mother . oh , perhaps you may have received only a bottle . this is akin to knowing god only from a book . the living Word is good - this is the voice you may hear - and it's surely more than any doodl in your head , well , maybe an i love you doodl is fine .

 

The litmus test for him is, that is not what the bible says. I respond that the bible does not speak. We read the words written there and we comprehend them to the level of our own comprehension. We interpret the meaning it has for us. For those who have ears to hear.

 

What is the embodied sensation of christ if the term means the anointed authority? Perfect term for the christian perspective of only one holiness. I would feel that we are all Christ, but now I am aware of the secular meaning of christ, it is not that. There is no word to point us from individualized experience to our source.

a rainbow all around the sun is so fine . what's with the halo thing in the jesus picture ? and i don't what to think about people who act like they are touching my aura . it's just too odd . i can believe in the life-light ok , that life gives light , that a shadow can be upon the face of someone who does not give freely . i can see how we might subtly speak with radient light . even the blind should be able to feel this kind of light , and likely with more awareness than i .

Ok, you win, there are ways to say it. But we've all been over it, the truth is actually wordless. Even I had to say.."Only an experience in the sun." But feel the sun shine through your flesh in stillness and in motion.

I see people look at me then look above my head to the right, and I assume it's just an awkward glance and look away, but really I think they're checking out my aura. haha.

I might have a shadow on my face, because it is people's perception that I don't freely give, but that is only because they want too much. I see more clearly, and we all should, being blissful in existence is giving much. As much up to your own karma Just don't take away from someone, purposely.
