it can but there is no exact science to it. i have to be in the mood to relax and then the right music can get me there. but the wrong music or wrong state of mind and then there is no chance of it helping me relax.

Probably Cleo or cosmopolitan around 10 years ago. I don't generally subscribe to magazines, I would rather just buy it if something interests me on the cover.

Wood table. Glass is too breakable and plastic is just not nice.

im not famous for anything but am known for being extremely flexible when playing hockey, i got the nickname gumby in my ice hockey league because of my ability to quickly move my hands in any position needed to keep the puck on my stick. that or the fact that i won a medal for winning a galaga tournament (a classic arcade game)
