Depends on how often i have to pick my nose and if i can do it when minimal people are around..

Grocery shopping is the lesser evil.

Wouldn't like to have to do either, but providing someone cleaned them first, I would paint, but iif someone was going to paint without washing, then I would wash.

Western medicine yes. Drs I trust that they try to do the right thing but you need to be educated about your own healthcare too, Drs are only human too and make mistakes.

No, I find all that kind of stuff interesting but I wouldn't pay for it or take it as gospel.

My answer in short would be something along the lines of "we meet a spirit guide of some kind out there, who helps to compile the good and the bad we did, plus resume what we learned so far and what we need to learn next before sending us on our way for the next step in our journey".
