Haven't had breakfast yet. For lunch, probably yogurt and fresh fruit.

I sleep when i have to. I only need a few hours. In fact i can power nap for 10mins, and be ready to go!

How long do you need to sleep?

 

Sleep from 8 pm to 3am. Breakfast is shortly. Have to take my Dad shopping.

Depends on which shift I'm working. I just got home from work and I will sleep until 1130 or 1200pm.

Do you have trouble waking I'm the morning?

Do you shop in a supermarket, or local shops?

 

Most of our local shops closed down probably because of the huge box stores. I go to a supermarket for most of the food I can't get at Farmers Market.

Do you have a lot of local downtown shops?

 

Im lucky, the local town is doing well, there is also a central market open 6 days. The supermarkets are also there. But at least you have a choice.
