pen,my three chickens informed me they would be sleeping indoors-and I had very little say in it. So-three chickens,two dogs,two cats,all snoring in heaps all over the place.
It annoyed me at first and I did my best to kick THESE out,put THEM in there,keep THAT door shut while I feed THESE.....then one day I just said "Fuck it-YOU lot sort it out".
No-one dumps indoors,I never shut my back door,so it works.
Tho' to stagger about,yawning and trying to step over snoring chickens folded in the paws of big [also snoring] pooches as I pull my strides on 4am can be a bit tricky..

Live every day as if it was your last. (although I do prepare for the future just in case its not. Worse case scenario is my family gets a nice chunk of change if I dont know the exact day.

The poisonous darts the woman who lives in the apt. upstairs from mine drops on the postage-stamp sized patch of grass that exists between the parking lot and our front doors on purpose, hoping I'll step on them.
