i think general readings for each sign can be a little vague but if you've ever had your own personal chart done based on your exact time /location of birth the accuracy is uncanny....i had one done a few years ago, and it totally blew my mind

Without Scorpio most of the signs would have not been created.. therefor.. Scorpio is the best sign.. which we all knew in the first place

The Original name of Scorpio was Typhon the serpent. Same name as the snake in the garden of Eden. It was represented by a snake swalling its tail. Creating a circle representing eternity, creation and death.
The second sign of the Zodiak was created by cutting Typhon in half, creating the Nemian Lion (Leo). Between the two was placed the Babylonian Whore (Virgo before she was a virgin). The claws of Scorpio were the "eye for an eye" claws of justice before the last sign Libra was constructed.

It is considered the first sign of the zodiac as this is when spring starts, ergo the symbolism of birth and beginnings. Also, in ancient Roman times, March was the first month of the year. It was changed to January by Julius Caesar in 46BC. Coincidentally, Aries is ruled by the planet Mars in astrology. Mars was the Roman god of war, and where the month of March got its name. The Greeks' god of war was Ares.

I'd like to get more into astrology. I think it's so interesting.

 

Although I beleive there is a basis in fact it is entertaining either way. I would not make it my daily choice for how to run my life but every once in a while it does make me think.

yeah.. i don't base my life on astrology but it does help explain things at times... i try to stay away from the whole.. i wont date this or that because of their sign...

 

What would be the point in basing your life around astrology if it's 100% accurate anyway? There's nothing you could possibly do to change where the planets are.

That said, I do believe the universe is a reflection of us all.

Sure. I would just need your exact date of birth (time of birth included) as well as the location of your birth. I'll even throw in a little interpretation if you want, but just be forewarned that one's birth chart is a blueprint of the soul and requires a significant amount of reflection to fully understand.
