And? Does anyone who has committed a crime before 2009 when Obama become president get off with it? Are their crimes forgiven? No! Not even Obama thinks so because he set the CIA and Navy Seals after Bin Laden and he sent a surge of troops into Afghanistan to fight the Taliban who had hosted Bin Laden and his terrorists. Why are you expected to believe that one particular official report would be able to uncover the full truth when the states who sponsor terrorists do so secretly? Is one report going to find out all the secrets of all our enemies? It's not realistic to believe that one report can find everything out is it? We can believe that the 9/11 commission did their best with the information which was available at the time but you ought to keep an open mind for new information which comes to light, as did this TV report in 2007. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1dcwrucnAk"]America's 'allies' Saudi & Pakistan: 'enemies' more like! - YouTube -which was before Obama was president so he or his security team ought to know this and not bow to the Saudi King as president but he did! And now the full truth of the duplicity of Pakistan has come to light in this TV documentary from the BBC. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSinK-dVrig"]Secret Pakistan : Documentary by BBC Part 1 (Double Cross) - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5-lSSC9dSE"]Secret Pakistan : Documentary by BBC Part 2 (Backlash) - YouTube And Obama ought to know that now and not be giving Pakistan $2 billion + of US taxpayer money per year!
Bin laden was killed because he out lived his political "usefulness". It was a show for when Obamas approval ratings were down. I'm quite sure we knew his whereabouts the hole time. And we are expected to believe the "official" report because that's what our "great" leaders have told us to believe.
We may never really know the 'truth'... but this still remains ... 'One person's back yard is another person's front yard' Lets just show folks who look in here... we have respect. (especially this thread) ~ :grouphug:eace:

They did. However, sniffer dogs are not fool proof. Besides, the bomber could have used something the dogs haven't encountered before.
"I also see people unable to refuse the temptation to draw comparisons between the Boston Marathon bombing and US drone attacks in northern Pakistan. However, I feel it's very dangerous to make these kinds of comments because it implies there is a connection between the perpetrators of the Marathon bombing and the victims of US drone attacks or bombings halfway around the world. It also implies the Marathon was bombed in direct retaliation for these attacks, such as the bombing of the Afghan wedding party or similar American attacks on "Muslim" soil (can the earth have a religion?)." "A friend of mine while walking in Toronto yesterday was screamed at by a white man who said "Fucking Paki bomber" and spat on his face. We have to restrain ourselves from the same kind of hysterical reactionism on the other side of the equation (...)" http://www.filmsforaction.org/news/a_pakistani_response_to_the_boston_marathon_bombing/
I'm a militant and I hate everything to do with the establishement. I believe totally that my generation is nohting more than a bunch of dumb ass unskilled narcistic twits and honestly I speculate that a giant metor taking out 95% of us would probably be a good thing. Still when things like this happen it's a chance to learn and make things better. What happen in Boston is a symptom of a very sick society. We have become removed and out of touch not only with reality but with each other. And when things like this happen it's because our world has become too complicated, too controling and we marginalize and radicalize those that see things differently or try voice a non-conforming unpopular opinion. We need to get back in touch with our humanity and throw away the machines that keep us from real human interactions. I know it doesn't sound like much and the popular opinion is obviously one of "get tough". But we've been talking tough as a nation since 9/11 and things are just getting worse every days, so obviously the tough approach doesn't work. We need to get to know our neighbours, be friendly to the person that sits beside us on a park bench, help old women cross the street, put a quarter in a parking meter, etc etc etc. As crazy as it may seem but kindness and courtesy go a hell of a long way to lowering voilence and making a world we all would like to live in. We get raped and beaten every single day by the establishment's machine. This machine uses the chaos and hatred as its fuel. War, terrorism, suffering, disease, sexual dysfunctions, etc all keep the Ibeast abusing us for the profit of its establishment overlords. The way to turn off that machine is to just turn off the gadgets it gives us and embrace our own humanity. Love is the universal answer and it is the ultimate power. It literally can defeat everything but it requires the ultimate discipline... The ability to love everyone, starting with yourself.
This is essentially about a few bad apples doing very bad things and the failure of security services. It doesn't mean the U.S. should raise taxes/print more $ to prosecute more foreign wars, or that everyone who watches a marathon should be strip searched, or that we should join jihadists in order to burn capitalism to the ground. I'm really impatient with symbolism and reactionary politics from both lefties and neo-cons. It's all just riling the mob sort of stuff. I mean, we haven't even got a suspect yet.
A Saudi national is being held in connection with the Boston Marathon bombings. The 20 year-old man is being held in an undisclosed Boston hospital. The New York Post reported: Investigators have a suspect — a Saudi Arabian national — in the horrific Boston Marathon bombings, The Post has learned. Law enforcement sources said the 20-year-old suspect was under guard at an undisclosed Boston hospital. It was not immediately clear why the man was hospitalized and whether he was injured in the attack or in his apprehension. The man was caught less than two hours after the 2:50 p.m. bombing on the finish line of the race, in the heart of Boston.
Multiple American media sources, citing Boston PD and FBI, are saying he is not a suspect or a person of interest at this point.
I love how the media plays the child angle too, as though a child's life were inherently more valuable than an adult's. Sorry, I'm not sentimental that way.
Thanks. Ok. But... Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...nked-burned-Saudi-student-acting-suspiciously. Just thought I'd put it out there.
Unfortunately, when you're looking for ordinary human compassion online, HF seems to be one of the most unlikely places to find it. On the subject of compassion...in general, I'm a believer in giving people second chances, but not when you do something like this: It would be morally wrong for whoever did this to live. The media isn't doing us any favors by shielding us from the brutal reality of what happened on that street. Adults need to know. Is it possible for a person to hijack their own thread? So...start a thread about Syria. Or move there. It has nothing to do with Boston at the moment. ^^ this ^^ Unfortunately, the blood is never dry on the sidewalk before people start looking for ways to use an event to advance their own agenda.
