I don't think the man should keep getting jailed for this & while the cops are making a big deal out of it . It is ridiculous to think that he has/is going to spend years in jail for showing skin & I really think it is ridiculous he will spend more than a rapist does in Jail. I mean I just don't see it as that big of a deal. I personally wouldn't walk around naked , but that's me I'm not gunna get irate if I see someone walking down the street nude..

 

Persistent offender is what he is. The cops have been nice to him, gave him loads of opportunity before arresting him.

The thing is, the laws concerning public nudity in the UK are not only unjust, but vague as, technically, it isn't illegal to be naked in public, by it's own right, but it IS illegal to be naked in a place where to be so might cause alarm. This means that the law is neither one thing nor the other.

 

I guess, to some, nakedness must seem a sort of "weapon", as if one was strutting around threateningly while swinging one's sword freely about. I guess I've never thought of it that way before now.

I don't get all the hate for this, if you read it without the name calling, he makes a very good point.

I personally would not dine with the naked man, even if it was free prime rib. Hey, you don't have to worry about him stealing anything from your house larger than the diameter of his anus. Additionally, he's just got out of prison after being there for an unclear amount of time ["657 days" less than or equal to "time in prison" less than or equal to "6 years"], so his mannerisms would quite possibly be as offensive as his nudity. Let him set his sack on the chair at your table, allow him the liberty to scratch his nuts during the meal, it's your choice whether you sweep up his pubes or not when he leaves, but I'm not having this DEVIANT over.

Arthur itis- I don't give a care if his dick is the width of a human hair and a half centimeter long, or if it's so big it drags on the ground when he walks, I just plain don't wanna see it. If this guy wants to be naked in his house, fine; nobody prevents him from doing that. Doesn't matter what he says his intentions are, any person with half a brain should know that being naked in public will cause distress/alarm to the people around you, therefore creating the intent to cause distress/alarm to the general public when you walk around naked. Does anyone understand what I'm trying to say in this paragraph?

He's a terrorist. His agenda is to change laws regarding nudity, and he is using his public nudity to create intimidation, fear, distress, and alarm among the general public for his political aim of legalizing nudity. [[I'll admit that this last part about him being a terrorist is a little more of a joke than a serious argument... but everything above the light purple "define terrorism" box I mean it.]]

I suspect them that are defending his actions, are only doing so, cause its not in thier face ( no pun intended ) if he was walking down thier street they would have plenty to say, especially when kids are running around screaming. NOWHERE in this "kid's" profile does it mention his age. He claims to be a "lad", and a "student", but it is you who are attributing the property of being "under 17" to him. Hell, you don't even know if he's a man or a woman, here in "cyberspace".

2nd of all,,I have the personal right to suspend judgment on this "Aussie" until the facts are known, which at this point, they aren't, either by you, or "boy-demon". You are speculating as to his true motives, just the same as the rest of us, so calling him names and associating various states of mental instability is simply a matter of conjecture, and pejorative to the extreme.

And I'm not "mad" at all. Actually, I just come here to have fun. I just happen to land a bit further on the side of personal rights to freedom than you do. Plus, I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, rather than calling them "terrorist" as a knee-jerk reaction to them behaving in ways I happen to disapprove of. I don't personally see any "terror" in the viewing of a naked body. Rather, I might consider it amusing.

And concerning the parents of kids exposed to this guy, aren't parents supposed to do that? I mean, aren't parents supposed to be keeping an eye on their children, and not just "sending them off to play", by themselves, without regard for their safety?

I don't see any "feathers", or "ruffling" going on. I just see differing points of view, no one superior to another, and none worthy of the type of venom which has issued from "your side", concerning, for instance, calls to violence.

Perhaps you ought to do further investigation into the nature and behavior of a true "terrorist". No violence against this man is warranted. Plus, in the very same sentence as he mentions his age (I went back and looked), he mentions "Im 17 and get a boner about 8 times a day lol", so I'm just responding to his repeated mention of his dick. Born without clothes, you are right, each of us were. Then we were blessed enough to have been born into a society which has realized the benefits of clothes, such, everyone 'normal-minded' is wearing them.

Yes, in most places, if one was suddenly, unexpectedly seen walking naked in public, there are those who would be shocked, as well as those that would be angered, as well as those that would be bemused, excited, disgusted, envious, inspired, etc. etc. The list goes on and on, as to what the reactions of the surrounding population would be, and we each tend to pick the reaction we would have and judge that as "normal", unless we are honest with ourselves, recognizing that the world is made up of many different types of people, from various and manifold cultures, some of which esteem the naked body, and some of which do not.

So what you assume for the "norm" may just be your inborn bias.

Then, you assume again that if such a one "knew" that the surrounding public would be shocked in seeing him/her in various states of undress, total or partial, that the sole intent of the naked one, in being naked in public, would, by default, have to be motivated by a desire to "terrorize".

Tell me, do you imagine yourself an intelligent person? Then explain why an intelligent person such as yourself could come up with no more than one possible explanation of this test study of a man, as to his/her personal motive.

I assert that there might have been no motive at all, saving to enjoy the experience of walking naked and unconcerned, feelin' the breeze. Kind of like digging ones toes in the sand at the beach, huh?

I think people have a tendency to demonize their privates, attributing no good thing to them, save to "get in trouble". Personally, I am not naked except in front of my wife, in private. I don't even like to be naked in front of my 25 yr old son.

But I think it's silly.
