I don't really think it is fair of you to box in all Australians like that. A lot of them are very nice, friendly people. You only get as good as you give. It doesn't matter what race a person is, if you are rude to people they will be rude back to you.
since when was it legal that 16 year olds were able to become "great drinking buddies"? talk about stereotyping from within!
Mate, i think you were the rude one, how long does it take to give directions? They wern't asking you to end global poverty. Im biased, as im australian, but we're nice people. truely.
Don't be sterotyping, fool. We're all different ya know. Just 'cause one gives you a 'really mean and degrading look', ya can't assume the country is full of Assholes, your just a racist prick. I treat people how they treat me, motherfucker. In your case I would treat you like shit.
Ooooh, we got a comedian here. Ha ha ha ha. I got no beef with any Asians, I along with the chinese just fine, man. I got all dat from South Park, fool!
ha! You are not austrailian, or you are not HIP, one or the other ... or you would know that. My friend from australia knows that!
Look dude, Why would I pretend to live in australia? To make myself look cool? I don't think so. I've been live'n in Australia all my life & I have never heard of this "Indigeroo" shit, to me it sounds like some Abo thing. And just 'cause your 'friend' from Australia has heard of it does'nt mean the whole country has.
compared to americans. australians are the most laid back, easy going, fun loving people i know. i live in australia. my aunt lives in usa and i visited there for 3 months a couple of years back. there i noticed that people are either so in a rush that they dont notice you are there... or they are so rude and agressive that they bite your head off if you even look at them. here is australia we are proud to be called a multicutural country and most people just accept that. i have always been impressed by the kindness of strangers here. anyways. i am not saying that all americans are like that... its just that... yeah ... my experience was not goood. i have lived here in austrlaia... the "aussie stereotype" i have never really met. they are rare and should be wonderful. most realy "occa" aussies are sweet and just harsh on the outside hope that helps. i didnt mean to offend anyone. if i did *LovePeaceHugsFreedom*
australians are some of the most pleasant poeple but as life becomes harder for all of us in this planet, there are more stresses on people to make a living and there is less time for being nice and pleasant
Well put, Tony & Moonshine. The multicultural thing is important. You can't hold up any one type of person and say "this is an Australian". I've never heard of "Indigeroo" either. ???
