Well, "rolling a camel" always meant for me someone who rolled a doobie with a big "hump" in the middle, hence, rolling a camel....;-)

Actually that was how I rolled my bugler smoking tobacco in the 60's, always a camel hump in the middle no matter how hard I tried....
