1) I don't have back up flip-flops or any other shoes for that matter 2) I do go out to eat barefoot 3) I normally go barefoot when I go to bars or out with my friends 4) I have never been to a museum barefoot before Exact-a-Mundo!!!! This was the whole point of this thread. Why would a place like Florida, which is surrounded by beaches and in a tropical climate be 100 times more hostile toward going barefoot than places like PA and NJ
Because not many people are trying to do it in PA and NJ. No, the guy is actually right about that. North Carolina has a very low tolerance for this practice, and you rarely see it done here.
Actually, you are wrong. In places like Maryland and Vermont I have seen lots of barefoot people, so why is it a problem in a tropical climate like Florida? Also, I do see people go barefoot around here, but not as many as when I was younger. Exactly. You would think the more South you go, the climates are warmer and the people usually think of Southerners as more relaxed and informal people.
Nah, no one is walking barefoot up here. I've never seen a single person anywhere here that wasn't at the beach or on the green barefoot.
