Beer is GOOD for you. + ME TIME

Bacardi wharever(cola/breezers/ect(sugar/caffeine))...........the few times i still go to festivals or go out for the night.

But mostly beer wenn i stay home(weekends)..........blond, regular, special..........and a joint

Never will.
But a nice Blond Beer will do for me.

 

I am here tonight watching a grass root rock band. It usually has 4 Real Ales on and as many real ciders .I am not a cider drinker as its too acidic for me but the cider drinkers enjoy them .Its the 4 oldest pub in the UK and has a very rich English Civil War History . It is haunted as well being one of the haunted pubs and a great evening out on Halloween .

 

I prefer the one next door on the left, (The Wench & Trinkets) !!!

 

Its an old empty shop . Its been bought now but no work has started.

They have a good range of brandys as well .

 

To each his own.........in moderation.

I used to try a lot of different beers, going out.............I was raised with Grolsch(beugels)

I find that it is the experience of Ale drinking (coupled with the surroundings) that make the pleasure more enjoyable.
Granted there are some Beers that fail to hit the mark, though on the whole - "I have found" that the older one gets, the more appreciate one is of a 'Nice Pint' =

At least you get the real stuff , I used to drink many "lagers" including Grolsch when it was imported .

Alas no more as most are now brewed over here and therefore the water will be wrong for starters. The big breweries wont sign up to the German and Euoropean purity laws and therefore place chemicals in, to clear the beers up and preserve them .

Thats one of the reason I converted to liking Cask Ale around 10 years ago as I dont want to drink a chemical soup when I go out and a fake beer that doesnt taste like the real thing .

 

Seriously I am worried about him.

 

had some of this on tap in a local ale house for quite some time ,6% vol,,,,,,,,,a few pints of this ,and you do indeed turn green

 

I did like that before I has Covid .After Covid my taste changed a lot and citrus hoppy IPAs just make me sick.Sadly as its a great beer .

Yes back from holiday, but a lot of personal stuff to sort out as well.
No health problems to speak of right now.
Just bastard problems sorting out a coupla companies who have pissed me off.
