so he dosnt have to say it...he is having 50 good friends and 8 bottles and 4 beers isnt enough for that many friends so you are not the most welcome.
Been drinking Coronado Brewery Brown Ale. I'm off IPAs for a while. I feel too yucky in the morning and while I sleep.
IPAs make me wake up with a dry mouth and throat, but then again that is when I was drinking more heavily.
I feel moody and sluggish, and that is after having maybe 3 16oz Racer 5s (my favorite). It makes me wonder if my sensitivities are increasing, rather than acclimating.
I found this in a specialist whiskey shop near St Paul's cathedral,London. It may sound sickly bit it's actually really nice. One of the nicest alcohol buzzes I've had for a long time:
yeah what's it taste like, and is it like 9 bucks a bottle? if it's super good, i'll have to look for some before new years rolls around.. i feel like honey flavored whiskey got popular a few years ago. i like it though.
It doesn't quite seem the same as it did last year when it was first introduced. I like last year's better. This year's is almost too spicy for my liking, and it lacks that chewy creaminess that it had last year. It's still good, but not as much as I remember it being.
I simply CANNOT drink anymore. I had only three beers last night, and those three beers made me feel like shit and caused me to not get adequate sleep. I am starting to realize after all these years just how toxic alcohol is to the body, especially once you start cleansing the body of other impurities and begin eating healthy. My body just does not tolerate it anymore. I might just give up all drinking, even occasional drinking. I don't even enjoy drinking in moderation.
I feel the same when I'm on my own, Rat. What's the point in drinking more than a liter of beer on your own when there's no party and the feeling of literal intoxication is stronger than that of the relaxing buzz I would normally go for.
3 non-lite beers would have me hammered. Actually...so would 3 lite beers. No wonder you felt like crap.
I didn't even feel intoxicated at the time. It's just when the alcohol wears off it leaves me with the worst feeling. I used to be able to drink as many as 8 STRONG beers in one night while feeling only moderately hungover the next day. Now it seems that anything more than 1 or 2 makes me feel like crap, mostly because it interferes with my sleep and I have this wired, unrested feeling which just sucks.
A little buzz from one strong beer is super nice. But it only is possible if its onlyvonce weekly or so. Tolerance builds fast so balancing a buzz with the effects of the other incredients isnt so easy to do.
