aidanspops85, Quite apart from your name-calling that immediately impinges upon you a discordant murmur, would you mind using Sentence caps please and break the unwieldly welter of words into a more meaningful structure. Some of us are a little higher educated than to sit and read a tedious rant lacking in punctuation and grammar.
When I was a little girl growing up in a small town in the eastern part of North Carolina, it was not unusual on hot summer days to see (pre-pubescent) children playing naked in kiddie pools or even with a garden hose or sprinkler in the front yard. And when I got old enough to leave the yard and roam around without an adult, my sister and I would make use of a neighborhood swimming hole in a creek, where nobody ever wore bathing suits. Nobody said anything about it, and nobody seemed to have any awareness of pedophilia as a serious risk. It was just innocent fun. I suppose all that is a thing of the past, now that everyone has gotten so uptight.
I found this link to a list of cities/states where it's legal for a woman to be topless in public. http://www.gotopless.org/page.php?4 As for Boulder, CO, one woman was cited for topless gardening, challenged the system, and her right to be topless in public was upheld. This was in the local TV news, but this is the best written discussion I could find. http://blogs.findlaw.com/legally_we...fight-to-continue-topless-gardening-work.html
Growing up on the farm it wasn't uncommon for younger kids to run around naked. A bunch of us guys had favorite swimming holes where other kids woulf laugh at you if your wore swimming trunks. Still live in the country and built an outdoor shower so I can walk out and shower under the sunshine or moonlight. Often enough I spend time in the garden as naked as the plants I'm tending. When I lived along the Amazon River in Peru nobody thought a thing about seeing naked kids or adults...just a natural part of life. Curiously there are very few sex crimes there either, must be something about respecting the body I'd guess.
Theres this bridge out by my house (on my property) that gets the perfect mixture of sun and shade and I always sunbathed there naked, untill we got a group of registered sex offenders living next door. Yes, they would watch me, and there offence was raping a couple of teens, so I stopped doing it XP
The pissy part about that is if a women does it she won't be tagged as one but a man will. Even though both just want to be nude. Yesterday when I got home from work I opened the garage door but parked the truck outside to unload some stuff, but I unlocked the house and went inside first. Being a nice warm day when I changed out of my work clothes I decided to stay nude for awhile. When I went back out I felt a little daring and decided to unload the truck in the buff. I was shielded from the street by my truck but not from my backyard neighbor. They're an older couple with no children. I didn't see them and just did what I'd normally do in the backyard. I'm usually nude at my back yard pool and have a feeling they've seen me. I kinda wish they'd say something if they have so I could ask if they mind in case they happen see me nude in the backyard. Last thing I want it to be thought of as a pervert, I'm just a nudist.
LOL! Well...maybe if your young and sexy-looking, the older couple you're speaking of may even observe you as a bit of eye candy! So long as it's not sexual nudity you stand a good chance of getting a passive and non-offended reaction. Anybody catching a glimpse of your behind as you go about your business should not cause offence. Buttocks are pretty darned innocuous things and nice 'buns' would turn on even the hardest oldies I reckon!
if I didn't live where I do, I'd be bouncin naked on the trampoline right now as it is, I am in suburbia. low fences and nosy, judgmental people all about.
