Being Single

sorry, bad example. this was just a drawn out phase that was ready to die out. Remember n'sync or the backstreet boys? they were able to last a few years..but eventually the teeny boppers moved on to new and "better" trends. Minus kevin, her popularity dies out anyways cause she had nothing new to bring to the table. all flash and no show (SUBSTANCE) equals a few years at the top before a stunning decline back to reality.

 

I'd rather be in a great relationship than be single

being single gets old, being in a sucky relationship gets old

 

I have been single since July 2001!! . Its funny how people ask me why I am single, and if I want to date, my answer-why ruin a good thing. being single is the best thing that happened to me. No one to answer to, no one to try and impress, no one asking me what I spent on this or that etc..

I have often thought of trying the dating scene, but with my kids, its kind of hard at times. They keep me pretty damn busy.

I spose that when the time is right it may happen until then, I am totally enjoying the single life with my girls.

 

maybe you date the wrong people? I am dating an amazing person who I can be myself around. I don't have to impress, answer to (what?), or tell what I spent my money on. Maybe you are after superficial people?

 

Most people date the "wrong people" at one time or another... we hone in on a narrow list of criteria and wind up overlooking things about a prospective S.O. that are far more important. I know I'm very bad at it.
