thats a sweet piece man, does it change colors as you smoke out of it?

 

yeah, you can see in the pic some of the spots are milky white-ish, it used to be totally clear.

I am an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and i have to tell you that smoking is not good for anyone with athsma. I personally have mild athsma which is pretty much only exercised induced and smoke does not bother my lungs. If your friend has sever athsma then he should stick to eating it (which sucks because I personally enjoy the high from smoking better than the one from eating). Both smoke and humidity are VERY bad for athsma.

 

I myself have sports induced asthma, and I smoke out of whatever I want man
