Flea revolutionized pop slap and thumping all in the same motion. No fucking human on this earth can match that skill. The crazy thing is he did play trumpet when he was younger he loved blues, and hated rock he despised it until the late Hillel Slovak (former and first guitarist for Red Hot Chili Peppers) showed him Jimi Hendrix who he now has tattooed on his arm and Hillel also taught him to play bass as well. So thank Hillel for ALOT my friend.
