to me it's actual commercials, celebrity endorsement, to me propoganda is when they use the mediain a not so subtle way I guess..

 

the celebrities aren't being paid to support the the dnc usually, so it's not an endorsement, the reason more celebrities are liberal is that the stanislavskian method (very complicated, also why you'll find more gay people in theatre, in this case it has to do with empathy, in that one you're lookin' at people applying stereotypes to themselves in an open environment often times)

the media runs a more liberal mix because it gets better ratings, that's the only reason, has nothing to do with the dems, dems exploit it, but you can't tell me that people prefer to watch news with human interest bullshit and be any sort of honest, the morning show with the highest ratings, the today show, katie couric, not even real journalists, it's all human interest shit, and liberalism helps that....

it's not exactly a direct correlation, but if you look at the thing it's the method (here is the complicated bit I was talking about)

the idea behind stanislavskian method acting is that you have to take an emotional state, remember it, magnify, diminish and alter it to the situation that fits your character, and relive it

this is the reason you'll get a lot more emotionally open and empathetic people in theatre

well, american (stanislavskian school) theatre at least

you have to be able to understand the emotional state of a char from just a few lines and make an analog state for yourself

empathic people tend to be more liberal because they don't want to see others suffer because, well, it hurts them.....

 

hmm I don't like to see others suffer in an emotionaly way, but then again watchin them physically suffer I sometimes enjoy and don't even consider an emotional part to that...

a few days ago i got a call for "mr. edward moore"


i was like "bitch, that mister edward moore is a miss edward moore, and stop calling me, i don't have a credit card"

 

wow, i said the exact same thing when some lady from there called me a month or so ago. she even asked me "so who do you hate more?"
i bet they've been instructed to ask that.
