It accomplishes what it was put there for in the first place. One person is helped by many others to come to an answer he didn't already have.

I see forums as a convenint way to learn... INSTEAD of searching through countless links that a search bar gives you, why don't you just post a simple question, have it answered in a few posts, and if its really a used up topic, no one else needs to respond and it slowly fades away as a useful thread for the future. Not filled with everyone flaming the OP for asking a question on a FORUM site. Its really simple to conceive... there are forums, there will be questions asked, and hopefully answered, and of course stimulating conversation that may take root throughout the posting...

Actually if you hide it inside of a big mac or food stuff in a bag in your car they cannot search through your food. That is why during busts they cannot go through the food in your pantry.

If all the OP wanted was to post the picture or talk then yes. Its really up to the actual OP if any one thread is succesful, but if his question is answered, its good for everyone and succesful in that more people can learn from it. But if he asks the question and everyone just talks about his fault on not using the search function, he's not going to benefit from it, neither am I. Forums are about the benefit of other people, specifically, the one who posts the thread/question. Not cool to go around to each thread and saying use the use without adding ANY info.
I've got no problem with the genuine recommendation alone if they really have no answer, but surely since they're so annoying with seeing the question, they know the answer anyways, and it would take the exact same effort to just give a short answer.
