As I age, I've become increasingly disturbed by the idea that anything exists at all, to a point that it's begun to occur to me that going through the motions of discovering the particulars of the process of becoming (noble and respectable as the endeavor may be) might ultimately prove to be secondary, and possibly even irrelevant. I am of the opinion that the question 'why' is valid and that the shadows of the answer to this question we are capable of approaching are profoundly disorienting and terrifying.

you're welcome. you should say it correctly, well...because the way you said it is incorrect and misleading. it's one of the first basic things one needs to understand in order to start understanding evolution.

i don't mean to sound like a prick, to you or to noxious, but this is my passion and my career.

Curious thing of the anything of everything is she responds in the affirmative to the slightest invitation. Kind of slutty that way and it is not like you aren't gettin any. Could we say it's the thought having trouble judging the proportions of ones desires that comes to terrific disorientation? Temptation is the desire to have illusion be real and inevitably leads to self doubt.

Perhaps this is a matter of receptivity because I've found the very opposite to be the case, that envisioning the 'her' is a matter of time and place and is nothing to do with one's will (please bear in mind here I am a predeterminist in this and the ontological regard). I've only ever pierced the veil spontaneously, mostly unprovoked but also brought on by music and psychedelic drugs. Now it seems to me, that you can choose to acknowledge the substantial reality of creation, to ignore the thought entirely, or to consider it as illusory, the breaths of Brahma, if you will. I fall into the third category and necessarily my opinion of choice in the matter is indefinite but largely siding with the inevitability of it all, as a matter of course. The anxiety is also much broader in scope than the personal level but I admit to fear of the creator, Absolutely.

A matter of receptivity is perception.

    The thought comes first.

Why did the thought come...my god my god why hast thou forsaken me

As probability it is inevitable but not certain...think or choose again. What is false by definition is not true and therefor does not exist.

Fear of creator means absence perceptually.

    Fear is a liar.

    P.S. Absolutely

Thought does not always precede vision, or do you dispute the spontaneity of ecstatic revelation?

Fear of the creator is prudence for the majority, because there is no certitude; you did read that I wrote of the anxiety being broader in scope than the personal level? The quivering universe is trembling not without nervous anticipation, and in this there is a sign. Fear of the creator means an abundance perceptually to my mind.

Not at all but all that arises in conception. The fearful thought emerged before recent memory but it is believed to be a current choice. It is a moments reflection on an ancient confusion. It was there from near the beginning but so was the remedy. Anxiety is a dim psychic/sensational analogue of the surface tension of membranes, i.e. member brains. The expanding membrane is bound, (symbolically,) by a meniscus. To press really hard against or contain it sounds like the wailing and gnashing of teeth on one end, unremitting joy at the other.

Do you consider that fear might be integral, and possibly nothing to be remedied? Are you a positivist, in the James sense? I do think it's possible to experience fear of the eschatological while perfectly blissful or even, if I may, while perfectly neutral. Do you disagree? Essentially I don't think fear is something to be brushed aside nor is it always necessarily a symptom, a weakness.

Wait a moment, hold up a second, stop right there, hold your horses.. does 'all' that actually arise within conception? Or does our response, the vision itself, alone? Where exactly does 'it' end and 'I' begin?

I argue this on the grounds of uncertainty, because it's the acausal under discussion and this is apparently beyond conception, and so I make no pretense of attributing very much to it (admittedly, I do have a few near sighted hopes, despite this). There is that great chapter of the Bhagavad Gita wherein the Knower of the Field and the Known are discussed at some length; I tend to suspect it as the 'breaths of Brahma' as already stated but beyond this I entertain only a few optimisms, and in this I recognize the temporal cause for disorientation.

I can't abide impracticality. By definition I am conceived.

One two three four.....all together now, all together now

There are three properties of matter, absorption, refection, and polarity.

Begin and end are only two coordinates. To affix our place in space and time we need three. The chicken and the egg are wrapped around intent.

Us and them is an idea absent the gravity or solid foundation of we appear.

When I say fear I mean anxiety about the future and I should edit in anxiety about the past, and find in it simply neurosis.
I think the fight or flight response helpful in proportion. One healthy proportion being very brief in duration. Unresolved fight or flight is toxic to the system. The type of fear that finds itself at home in comparative scenarios is not perfectly neutral.

I don't know what positivism is in a James sense. I am positive that there a is risk of injury but a certainty of death.
