bird caretaking

    I mean this in a nice way....but I really don't think you should have interfered. You have prolonged this little birdy's suffering by "saving" him. Whether you like cats or not, natural selection says that this bird was not fast enough or smart enough to have his genes passed on to the next generation. There is a reason why animals don't have "hillbilly" relatives.....
