so many things have happened in the last ten years that no one believed ever could or would for the 50 years before them, that i refuse to believe there is anything that can't.

i do see the fact that america has never had a black, female, latino, or indiginous native american as president, as a clear indication of just how morally bankrupt a culture that romantacizes and rewards aggressiveness inhierently is.

(and incidentally, idiology fallows culture, however much some might wish, and others wish to imagine, the other way around.)
