I thought that was david foley made me think the kids in the hall but the adult swim logo means thats not likely. The only new show he is in is spun out on a canadian station.

Adult swim has a show called on cinema with a host that looks quite a bit like that guy.

 

Everybody knows there are no chicks on the internet. Especially good looking ones. The entire site here is one big sausage fest with about a third of yall pretending to be women.
