i'm a mess but listening to you fuckers makes me feel luckyand healthy.....fast food should be a treat once a month tops... when i go into the city i frequent a very high quality german delicatessen and order a sandwich...or the island bakery...it is very rare that you will see me at mc-pukes not like a pity body type at all rollin ...what is your blood pressure like? mine is lower than average i know some of you are like''how could that be...he flies into a rage all the time'' haha...sorry kids...not gonna explode any time soon
That will definitely do it Lol. I think Ayurveda diets are interesting but I've never tried it personally. However, I'm almost 8 months pregnant in August so I know a little about eating to keep cool Lol. Avoid heavy foods,.like starch and meat. Your body will have to work harder to digest them. Stick to lots of fruits and vegetables. Also, get some of your water from food intake rather than just straight drinking water - stuff like watermelon, cucumber, celery.
It sounds like you are consuming a lot of sodium. That can make you thirsty and hot. Try keeping up with your sodium intake for a few days and see if you are averaging much above 2500 mg.
I would preform on stage a lot as child and I never did well with the heat but those stage lamps are like harsh sun so to cope with this I started meditating And that helped alot
Take a Tylenol. It helps reduce body heat.. Thats why people take them when they have a fever... helps regulate body temps. you should not take it, if you are having heat stokes.. There are mild differences in how the hypothalamus works to regulate heat. try it, see if it works..
Almost everything. Pizza and Campbell's soup are the worst, but most fast food is real heavy on sodium, because it's a cheap and easy way to make things taste better. The numbers are printed on grocery item labels, and chain restaurants post it on their websites. Don't fall for the little trick they do with portion sizes. They want their numbers to look halfway good, so they base everything on a serving size that is smaller than anyone actually eats. Like, I just looked at a Campbell's can that says a serving gives you 35% of a day's worth of sodium, but it also says that there are 2.5 servings in the can. Most people eat a whole can of soup at a time, so that would give you 87.5% of the sodium you should have for a whole day (2188 mg). You can't get through the rest of the day without going over, no matter what you eat. Two more meals with a total of 312 mg is impossible.
I have studied for years ayurvedic medicine and have been paid to sort out doshas and diet. I am pitta ruling too might be why we clash bro at times hey! Two big fire food that will make a difference to stay away from is onions and garlic, hard as most meals are based with these two veggies. Pitta's also must eat live foods like veg and fruit and no dead foods. Diary meat etc.. There is so much to it, it really works. You will find your skin will be less spotty and your energy will become more mellow. Do you know what your secondary dosha is Kapha or vatta? this helps too when sorting out your diet. Oh sesame seeds too are a fire food, which was crazy to find out... so much of what you probably eat too! Be well :2thumbsup:
I rarely eat onions, garlic, or sesame seeds, if at all. If I truly do just need to stop eating fast food and shitty food and replace that stuff with fruits and vegetables I am willing to give up that good tasting food if it will help my body cool down. I believe my secondary type is vata.
Eating whatever you want one day a week isn't going to hurt anybody. It's what you do on a typical day that really matters. Except for diabetics, nobody else has to say, "I'm never going to taste my favorite foods again."
yea ur right. I rarely drink caffeine anymore. The past few months ive had soda like 4 times. I just gotta go buy some healthy foodz
