    this is America. no one is forcing those tomato pickers to stay on those farms.

    I aviod fast food in general, but I had subway for like the 2nd time today.

    Sure they would. These big corporations hire “migrant” workers all the time. And yes they do pay them less than minimum wage, I doubt as little as .99 per hour but, the pay is very poor and below the legal limit. The whole thing is a vicious cycle which no one will fix. Migrant workers won’t complain because they would be deported and no one will bust the corporations as they have too much power in DC. The only people who can force change is us, the consumer. By refusing to buy from corporations who engage in this type of exploitation WE CAN hold the corporations accountable.
