GMO's don't need to make abundant food BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH FUCKING FOOD, WE JUST AREN'T SHARING IT AND WE'RE GIVING MOST OF IT TO FUCKING COWS ANYWAY. If people didn't need their damn 500 pounds of meat a day, we could be using that land to grow normal food and the food we do grow could be given to people and not to animals.

Maybe you don't care about the environment, but I do. And I am a senior in college, and I a year away from a science degree in the environment and you do not. So you can believe your conservative propoganda if you want.

I'm going to repost this so I don't repeat myself.

I care very much about the environment and am very intrested in ecology... I'm majoring in chemistry.

Maybe we disagree on the issue, but you're the one who doesn't want to debate and tries to shrug off what I've said as conservative propaganda. I'm not a conservative, so your total dismissal kinda falls apart.

I'd hate for some scientific inquiry to shake up your world view.

This experiment is with plants that pollinate themselves in an isolated area, so its not possible for them to mix with food crop.

Even if they could defy natural reproductive methods and get into budweisers beer somehow, its still perfectly safe, and might actually give the beer some taste. [IMG]

But its not intended for food, its intended for medicine that could save thousands of lives if the luddite evil corporate bastards at AB weren't trying to make a 'purity' advertising campaign.

Miller Genuine draft is ok... I think I prefer it to bud select.

High life is ok too... I don't really like lite beers, since most have no flavor.

maybe I should ask Pressed Rat's advice on decent non AB domestic or cheap imported beer... That man knows his beer. [IMG]

sleeman's honey brown is the only beer I've wandered across that I truly enjoyed drinking, not just drank to get drunk. *sigh* I only have one left in my fridge
