morning..i have no cream or milk so i havnt made coffee...i have a half a doob but the store dont open till 7...brb

 

i stopped drinking coffee daily, so now a small coffee and i'm wide awake

Man last night around 8:30 pm i did a half hour workout outside then when i was done i ran strait inside and took a cold shower. Damn did i sleep good. I feel great this morning. Working out 2 or 3 hours before you go to bed is just awesome!

So I was able to find Red Birch Beer at the local "fruit market".. aka tiny grocery store... is it comparable to White Birch Beer? Will it work for my "what does birch beer taste like?" experiment about to happen here..
