You See A Broken Heart has become my favorite GD song. I LOVE playing it on the way to a show or cruising down country roads on the way to a festival.

Never fails to put a smile on my face :)

Everyone in the band except Donna Godchild and few other keyboardist who were more moody we'er really nice guys--Jerrys doctor wanted more exersize--Jerry loved diving. I worked for a woman that had rights to dive at Niihau. The only privately owned island and un touched. Bill has a flower farm down the street and wen he's here we drink lates and stick buns--he's just very laid back. Mick is driven. He worked with SETI listening to bi-nary quasars. 1990 NY show he had live, "Pulsars from SETI piped into the "drum" solo/duet. Bob is a very under rated rhythm guitarist of our time. e Dropped out of boarding school at 16 in CO. Springs and hung out with the band night and day-sleeping on the porch and learning the songs while they practiced in the basement. I din't know how he was asked to join but Jerry, John Sifolina, Jorhrma Kaukanon. and a guy named Barlow wanted to play with the Dead but couldn't sing. That didn't stop Bob. Hunter taught him some radical chord work. But I've met Phil 1/2 dozen. times and he's never said a word or looked me in the eye. could say he's a 'Cold Phish :D my problem is that he can be very rude to his fans--it's a shared opinion

I need a keyboardist who can play this song on piano duet, add light ryuthms, using "SUPERnatural" modling--Rolland had it on seeral devices. A Rackmount that can be used with most electric keyboards. I like to match it to one with very good key pressure. Or the Jupiter 88 or 66 is good.. And I need someone who can sing Alto Tenor and soprano I can do all 4 parts with the Digitech 5 and it sounds good after mix down but I'd rather have live harmonies, I think we have flute 3 guitars for different things and tonight I"M gona see how it goes with dark star--OH ANYONE GOT A HURDY GURDY? :D
THIS IS the beging of a remote recording project I've thought about it since a planet hit me in the face so hard it took my face and teeth a few C-vertebrae and crushed some thoracic broke a few bones--well easier to say it missed a few. 85% paralyzed I sold my guitars and got a great Yamaha Synth with mic, and instrument input, and MIDI-jump {wat dat}? I got the first decent version of cake walk.
And ACID with the CD burner.
I worked for NOAA in Alaska and every time I came to port I had to learn 2 or 3 big books of DOS--so I knew bit 'bout puters. I did some out source work for IBM for a company in Palo Alto called Digi Tech. anyway if can play or sing or the more diverse the better. Maybe we'll create Indi 2.0-or I'll have....notrick might be my name--The Magic Theater--name of the Re Rec. Proj. also the name of the first band of some members--They had no knowlege of Magic Theater Omaha, or when they moved in 1967 to Marin CO. I think and latter to the closed military base in SF. I don't even know if they exist--Wiki said 2010 was last performance. We got the Idea from Herman Hesse's book Stepenwolf, The least of my worries

Just found out this is a really fun song to jam on. The change in tunes are brilliant imo.

You can really hear it when the piano comes in and the guitar ride after that. Took me a while to find a video with a few nice solo jams in it.

Man, I wanted to past a video of The Schwag doing Throwing Stones, but the video was shit and it was only the end half of the song.
I hear a lot of people say Dark Star Orchestra is close to 'the real deal' and The Schwag is just there for people to settle on.
    I completely disagree.
I'm gonna make a thread about it lol.
