If someone who tells many lies says that they are a liar, they are telling the truth in that statement. (Liars can still sometimes tell the truth and people who are most often truthful can still lie.)

Anarchy can have rules... they just have to be decided by everyone and they are just different- and no, there are not many rules at all. But there can be an exception or two, yes.
