With 'evidence' like that, expect to be wrong.

Even Colin Powell said that his transmission of that type of flimsy evidence in front of the UN was the low point in his career.

They've complied with NPT. We've been through this before. If you think they haven't, then you need to state what the violation was.

If we don't like the way NPT works, then we should fix loopholes in it. At least then we would have a legal reason to take action when it's violated by a member country.

Note also that nothing is obligating Iran to stay an NPT member. It could withdraw if it wishes. Then all of this argument would become moot. If it withdraws because of too much political stupidity on both sides, then there's even less legal framework to work within to try to solve this issue.

saddam's WMDs were never found in Iraq, and "intelligence" hasn't found any indications that Iran is working on a nuclear weapon.
