After an experience like that, you eventually get to where you can let any and all shit slide.

You and all your friends here know that you're a fucking amazing guy, broony. If this girl is not what the universe has for you, then obviously the universe has something better. I know it can be fucking hard...yet I know it can also be fucking easy, if wer're just willing to let go of our need for gratification. More easily said than done, of course...but I am learning to do this. Could be that this is one of your spiritual lessons also.

But man...i really noticed after a few months of being sober of the liquor how much stonger my mental being got..and i know it will become even stronger, and new levels once i give the Mj a long break.

I want that next level of metal-being.

man i always get anxiety attacks late late at night right before id like to go to bed...

then i end up staying up another hour + easy...

probably be up tell 4 or 5 am tonight

Dude, I've kinda been having those but they are new for me.

 

Ive been having them since early 2008, and they have not gone away.

I used to fix the problem with beer.

Then i quit the beer and they are still here, but in new forms.

The only way i can sleep good and soundly is if i do enough physical exercise to the point of exhaustion, where i literally pass out in bed.

That however is very difficult.

I will also add, i think i have been getting the anxiety attacks from smoking weed. Once i am clear lunged from weed, i think i will start to sleep much better.

I really think weed has been messing my sleep pattern for several years. When i first first started smoking weed i slept good, but as the years and toking went on, the sleep got harder..

 

I have nothing to compare with you there. I'm a seldom drinker and seldom smoker. I can relate to having to exhaust yourself to be able to sleep, which I'm doing, but the anxiety keeps me from sleeping soundly and it wakes me early.

 

I need to take a break from smoking, so i am cleaning my house at 2am and i find a jar with probably 4 or 5 grams of bud that i forgot about...lol..

Ill save it then have a bowl in a few days.

Well, spring is pretty much here, the dark days of cold winter is over.

Time to switch out my closet with spring/summer clothes.

See i have never in my life lived in a house/apartment with a big closet. So i put my summer stuff in a duffle bag, put winter stuff in closet, then switch at the turn of the season.

Its kind of exciting. The switch of cloths means, shorts, no shirts, flipflops, and the most important, woman in bathing suits...mmmm skin...mmm

Glen, hubby and I are friends, housemates, and grandparents together. We have been romantically separated for 5 years but even prior to that we had an open marriage for several years.

There's no need to go through a divorce unless one of us wanted to marry someone else.

Things have been working fine as they are for going on 8 years.

 

i cleaned my whole damn house lastnight tell 4am..then lied in bed from 4 to 5..and got few hours of sleep. i feel just fine... hnmmmm

ive felt congested last few days, so i have not exercised...i feel much better today

today i plan on excersing really hard for a few hours from 3 to 6, then eat a small dinner, hopefully i will fall asleep sooner.

 

I love my guns. I feel it is such an honor to own such things.

Sometimes i pull them out and just look in awww, and think hard about the power at my reach..

Then i think about how billions of people around the world would be killed on thrown in prison for owning what i have....
