I think no cause can be so good that someone needs to be killed especially when talking about Iraq war.
What come's to U.S and all goverment's i think they are bad. I mean they make lot of violent,greed and all sorts of shit things.
But what come's to soldiers they're propably very caring people but they have been bombed with the goverment propaganda and christian excuses for killing.

I don't have any beef with the troops, I just don't support them being there. They should be at home with their families and in their country.

I don't agree with them being over in another country when I believe that the only reason we're there is for oil.

 

By the way did you know that united states killed 6000 civilans in a signle bombing at afganistan? That's almsot three times people killed in WTC.

 

I do not support the war , i HATE the fact that people are dying on BOTH sides , its horrible.
BUT...I dont hate the boys that are enlisted because they are doing what they feel is right , and what they believe in.
It takes a lot of courage , even if its misguided , to be willing to kill and be killed...and I pray for all the soldiers on both sides of this mess every day.

imo the only valid reason for violence is to defend oneself from attack. i don't support 'the troops' because they are misguided in my view, and are only doing whatever they are told regardless of whether it is right or wrong.

I'm really against your deployment in Iraq because I believe the fighting is ill-precipitated, and the goals are unrealistic

i know that there are times when you MUST use force, and i consider the 9-11 attack an act of war, by any and all countries that helped it to come to pass.

Think about what might have happened in WWII if the Japanese had had access to, and had built, atomic bombs.

Think about the kind of mindset that would allow a 'jihad,' and would send brainwashed young men to their deaths in order to complete it.

i don't think we understand about how folks could be Kamikazi's, nor about how much damage just one dude can actually do. Mutually Assured Destruction doesn't mean much to them, since they don't care if we kill them ~ well, at least, the peons that are left on the actual land, 'cuz the rest of the affluent folks? They're on vacation, in the middle of the ocean, on their way to the bahamas.

What's sad is that we'll try, but i don't think you CAN protect yourself from someone that is crazy and doesn't care if THEY live or die, or in what condition they'll spend the rest of their lives, should they live through some sort of knock-down drag-out fight.
