I live right near the area where APD murdered Mr Boyd. The cops here and in NM generally think and act like they are above the law. And they are very trigger happy.
You posted your comment directly to me. I'm not Russian. bruddah truckah .. your words, not mine. If they're a "slang act of friendship in humor", they're open to interpretation. I'm not a brother, by the way. And this "please seek help" thing.. don't project on me, thanks.
u r right my reply was in regards to psychological warfare the Russian member was on another thread, my mixup
Yes, I did participate in the Ukraine & Russia thread .. now it makes sense. psyops, psychological warfare, mind control, etc. .. really important issues. Worldwide. Serious stuff. Not to be laughed off, in my opinion. Not saying that *you* are laughing about that stuff. I say it in general .. not to you personally.

The DOJ says ABQ are deadly and corrupt brutes, for all you pansy souled, leo loving cowards that have been on this thread: Does the call for improved officer training include the elimination of curriculum developed by Jack Jones? Jones is the director of the law enforcement academy, and he’s been teaching APD officers to use LESS restraint in deciding when to use deadly force. Remember, he’s the fella who tried to justify that stance because there are so many “bad guys” out there: “Evil has come to the state of New Mexico, evil has come to the Southwest, evil has come to the United States.” Reports about the DOJ’s findings don’t specifically mention Jones, but he is one of the defendants in a whistleblower lawsuit that was announced a few days ago. Four former instructors at New Mexico’s law enforcement academy say they were ostracized (and three of them were fired) after reporting superiors for illegal activity and for refusing to encourage cadets to cheat. KOB Eyewitness News obtained a copy of the lawsuit and reported the story a few days ago: http://www.thedailysheeple.com/shoc...engage-in-a-pattern-of-excessive-force_042014 The two faced phony mayor and albuquerque journal are now (of course) regurgitating opposite stories of what they were before. http://www.abqjournal.com/
http://www.thedailysheeple.com/doj-issues-catalog-of-albuquerque-pd-constitutional-violations_042014 "DOJ releases catalogue of rights violations by apd" " The Department of Justice (DOJ) itself is a largely lawless institution, but after a nearly two-year investigation into the actions of the Albuquerque Police Department, even they have to acknowledge the systematic use of egregious violence and a laundry list of general misconduct. The APD – also known by residents as Another Person Dead – has been making the news with increased frequency following a rash of suspicious deaths, as well as the blatant execution of a homeless man, James M. Boyd, whom they set upon for “illegal camping.” You can see the list of criminals involved in that execution here. That event ratcheted up residents’ distaste for their peacekeepers and saw many take to the streets in protest. Not to be outdone, the APD shot another man under suspicious circumstances just hours later. More protests ensued which led to a near riot, with police unloading tear gas and making arrests to quell the demonstrations. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect to the actions of the APD are the statements made by APD leadership before and after this recent spate of violence. As Lily Dane reported, despite an already long list of assaults on citizens of Albuquerque, the director of the Law Enforcement Academy, Jack Jones, issued a training program that clearly urges less restraint when confronting the public, setting up an adversarial relationship embedded into police culture:" " The violations of the APD are enumerated and make the following points clear: Albuquerque police officers shot and killed civilians who did not pose an imminent threat of serious bodily harm or death to the officers or others. Albuquerque police officers used deadly force on individuals in crisis who posed no threat to anyone but themselves. Albuquerque police officers’ own recklessness sometimes led to their use of deadly force. APD Engages in a Pattern or Practice of Unconstitutional Use of Less Lethal Force. Albuquerque police officers used force against individuals who were passively resisting and posed a minimal threat. Albuquerque police officers used excessive force against individuals with mental illness, against individuals with impaired faculties, and against individuals who require medical treatment. Systemic Deficiencies Cause or Contribute to the Use of Excessive Force. The Department’s Inadequate Internal Accountability Measures Contribute to the Pattern or Practice of Excessive Force. Supervisory reviews do not address excessive uses of force. Force incidents are not properly documented. Shooting investigations are inadequate. Internal review mechanisms are not implemented. The Department’s Training Deficiencies Contribute to the Pattern or Practice of Unreasonable Use of Force. The Department’s Deficient Policies Contribute to the Pattern or Practice of Unreasonable Use of Force. Under-Use of the Crisis Intervention Team Contributes to the Pattern or Practice of Unconstitutional Force. The Department’s Ineffective Use of Its Tactical Deployments Contributes to the Use of Excessive Force. The Department’s Aggressive Organizational Culture Contributes to Excessive Force Incidents. The Department’s Limited External Oversight Contributes to the Pattern or Practice of Unconstitutional Uses of Force. Inadequate Community Policing Contributes to the Department’s Pattern or Practice of Unconstitutional Force."
Any doctors in the house? What's the sexual culture out there in Albuquerque? Are those police officers struggling with massively suppressed / repressed homosexuality?
It don't look like they're repressing much to me and I doubt even if they are "on the down low" gay guys would wanna hang around. But, like doj points out, they have each other ~ ahahaha!
<< "We have become a Nazi monster in the eyes of the whole world, a nation of bullies and bastards who would rather kill than live peacefully. We are not just Whores for power and oil, but killer whores with hate and fear in our hearts. We are human scum, and that is how history will judge us" --Hunter S. Thompson>> Wonder what the dr thompson would think of it now? It has only gotten worse and revealed more and more collusion.
To all those anti-federal government libertarians. See the DOJ(fed) did provide a check toward state police in this case. If only states had the power there wouldn't have even been an investigation to this unjustified killing of that man (the camper).
It took them two years to get something done while people died. But yeah, they finally intervened. As I hear it, they have quietly moved in on another famous "rotten cop rathole" but it's supposed to be kept quiet for now until they're finished because they plan to arrest a few more...and a city council member. Maybe there will be a little justice in a few places as some balance this year?
Another Person Dead police are at it again.... http://www.thedailysheeple.com/albuquerque-police-shoot-dead-19-year-old-woman_042014 Deadly dangerous 19 year old girl this time. Splat, right in the head....
